Four independent barns in Spanish colonial design surround a tiled courtyard and fountain complementing the Latin ambiance. Optimal sand footing welcomes horses and riders to full size dressage and jumping arenas, a cross country course, a ¾ mile race track and pens for both free jumping and longeing.

The main building houses a spacious and well organized tack room, with a place to hang your boots, clean your tack, and a washer and dryer for your horse's laundry. Also inside the main building are two well-kept bathrooms with showers, a kitchen with a full-sized fridge to store your snacks and drinks, and two bedrooms for guests and working students.
